You will oversee daily operations, guide a team of 2–6 team members, and ensure everything runs smoothly — from product quality to customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to stay composed in fast‑paced situations. You’ll be expected to step in wherever needed, support your team, and lead by example at all times. Key responsibilities include: Leading and motivating the team throughout the shift Ensuring consistent product quality and presentation Delivering and maintaining excellent customer service Managing shift flow, priorities, and time efficiently Handling customer concerns professionally and calmly Opening and/or closing the store Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards At REVES, leadership is hands‑on. You won’t just direct — you’ll actively work alongside your team to create a great experience. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for someone who is ready to lead, take ownership, and grow with us.
