Senior Pega Tester

10-12 years of experience with Pega testing. Hands-on experience in Agile testing for agile software development. Experience with Sprint management tools like JIRA. Understand the Business/Functional Requirements. Prepare test strategy and test plan from requirement documents. Able to work independently and with a team to deliver test plans and test cases successfully. Knowledge about Pega systems testing Guardrails. Ability to test Pega applications and their integration with external systems. Good understanding of REST APIs and ability to use Rest Client tools like Postman to test Web APIs. Defect tracking along with logging and regression testing. Provide test status to internal/external stakeholders. Communicate with internal/external stakeholders about project progress and risks. Experience with Test deliveries in an onsite-offshore model and diverse stakeholder environment. Good analytical skills and communication skills. Customer relationship management. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or reviews as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions; define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
