Micro Metals Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounting team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and financial records while supporting the overall efficiency of our accounting operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Process vendor invoices accurately and timely Verify invoice information, coding, and approvals Enter invoices into the accounting system Maintain organized accounts payable files and records Research and resolve invoice discrepanciesCommunicate with vendors regarding payment status and account inquiries Assist with payment processing and check runs Reconcile vendor statements and identify outstanding items Support month-end closing activities as assigned Maintain confidentiality of financial information Follow company policies, accounting procedures, and internal controls Provide administrative support to the Accounting department as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred Minimum 2 years of accounts payable, accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience preferred Strong computer skills required Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel preferred Ability to accurately process a high volume of transactions Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines Professional communication and customer service skills What We Offer Competitive pay Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Company Paid Life InsuranceOpportunities for growth and development Stable manufacturing environment with a team-focused culture If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for an opportunity to contribute to a growing manufacturing organization, we would love to hear from you.
