We are looking for someone who thrives in a welcoming, customer service-oriented environment with excellent communication skills.
Join our team as a Client Service Associate and be the friendly face for all those who visit our offices, ensuring exceptional client experiences and providing essential support. In this role, you will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times. What you need:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot
- Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
