Project Manager/BA W/ SHCWe are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with Business Analyst experience to lead the successful delivery of Salesforce Health Cloud initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of project leadership, business analysis, and technical insight into the Salesforce Health Cloud ecosystem to ensure seamless execution of healthcare-related solutions. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with stakeholders, developers, and clinicians to gather requirements, manage timelines, and deliver scalable, patient-centric solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations and enhancements.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and resources using agile or hybrid methodologies.Serve as the liaison between business teams and technical developers to ensure clear communication and delivery alignment.Ensure Health Cloud configurations align with compliance, privacy, and healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA).Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support go-live readiness and post-deployment optimization.Create training materials and assist with change management to drive user adoption.
