Maurina Hylland Farmers Insurance is hiring a full-time, onsite Insurance Sales Representative at 4715 SE Belmont Street in Portland, Oregon. This position focuses on generating new business through outbound calls and consistent follow-up with agent-provided leads.

You will learn what each prospect needs, explain auto, home, life, and business insurance options, recommend appropriate solutions, schedule appointments, and guide sales conversations toward a decision. You will also maintain accurate customer and sales records and contribute to the agency's team goals.

The intended compensation range is $40,000$60,000 per year under an Annual Base Salary + Commission structure. The agency will provide the exact base salary and commission terms during the hiring process.

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Able to build rapport by phone.

Sales or customer-service experience is preferred.

Active Oregon insurance license or willingness to obtain one; training is provided.
