Dental Assistant (Surgical & Implant)

Preferred Search Group is partnering with a top-rated private dental practice in Shelby Township, MI, to find an experienced Dental Assistant to join their established team. What You'll Do Assist with surgical and implant dentistry procedures Prepare and organize surgical instruments, materials, and treatment rooms Obtain and coordinate medical clearances Support the dentist and clinical team throughout procedures Provide exceptional patient care and build strong patient relationships Stay organized and maintain excellent time management in a busy environment Communicate effectively with patients and team members Requirements What We're Looking For 3+ years of dental assisting experience required Experience with surgical procedures and implant dentistry Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and patient relationship-building skills Team player with a positive, dependable attitude Calm and level-headed when the office gets busy OpenDental experience preferred Schedule Monday & Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Tuesday & Wednesday: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM Benefits $24-$30/hour, based on experience Medical benefits for full-time employees PTO for full-time and part-time employees Dental discount plan for employees and their families Sick pay Bonus opportunities Paid continuing education Scrub allowance #J-18808-Ljbffr Advocacy Wisconsin, LLC
