Schedule: Monday-Friday 9a-6p; Some Saturdays 10a-5p

Contract and Contract - to - Hire Opportunities Available

BG Staffing is seeking a personable and motivated Apartment Leasing Consultant to support a thriving community in Winston-Salem, NC 27104 . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Details

  • Role: Apartment Leasing Consultant
  • Location: Winston-Salem, NC 27104
  • Pay: $18/hr
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 9a-6p
  • Additional: Some weekends required
  • Opportunities: Contract and Contract-to-Hire
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information
  • Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents
  • Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and maintain accurate records
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office communication
  • Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach
  • Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth leasing process
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
Requirements
  • Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Comfortable using basic computer and property management software
  • Reliable, punctual, and team oriented
