FP&A Analyst

We're placing an FP&A Analyst with a high-growth, PE-backed multi-site healthcare organization with locations across the country. If you want a seat at the table early in your career, this is it
You'll report directly to the SVP of Strategy & Analytics and work across financial modeling, budgeting, M&A analysis, and board-level reporting. Real work, real visibility, real impact on how the business grows.
What the role involves:
Monthly management and sponsor reporting packages
Annual budgeting and forecasting, with variance analysis
️ Financial modeling including multi-site acquisition models
M&A due diligence and working capital analysis
Power BI dashboard development alongside the BI team
⚡ Ad-hoc support for the CEO and executive leadership
What they're looking for:
- 2-3+ years in Finance or Consulting
- At least one year in FP&A
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint
- Ideally some exposure to BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
- ERP experince a plus
Hybrid role based near the Queens/Long Island boarder, Mon-Thu in office, Fridays remote.
