Nurse Practitioner

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (Day Shift) About the Role Join a well-established outpatient Hematology/Oncology practice providing collaborative, patient-centered care. You\'ll work alongside physicians and an experienced clinical team caring for adult oncology and hematology patients in a supportive outpatient setting. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and follow-up visits. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage hematology and oncology patients. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests. Prescribe medications and manage treatment-related symptoms. Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and supportive care. Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure quality patient care. Qualifications Oncology or Hematology experience preferred. Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
