Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,458–$1,524 per week Guaranteed hours: 37.5 Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days, 6:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. (5x8) Start date: 06/23/2026 Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility Location: Utica, New York Responsibilities Provide licensed practical nursing care to adult residents under the supervision of an RN Administer prescribed medications and treatments in line with orders and facility policy Monitor vital signs, perform focused assessments, and document observations in the EMR Support activities of daily living and resident mobility, including memory care needs and orthopedics-related care Observe residents for changes in condition and communicate promptly to the supervising RN Float to all units within the building as needed, while maintaining safety and infection control standards Requirements Current New York Licensed Practical Nurse license (active) BLS certification Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in a long‑term care or skilled nursing setting Graduate of an approved practical nursing program Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility and float to multiple units within the same building Experience with PointClickCare EMR preferred; on‑site training provided if needed Education Graduate of an approved practical nursing program Licensure: Licensed Practical Nurse, state of New York Benefits and Support Dedicated assignment support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC Onboarding and EMR training as part of onboarding Credentialing assistance as needed for licensure or privileges Ongoing coordination and point‑of‑contact support throughout the assignment #J-18808-Ljbffr
