*Description*
The individual would help us out with the following:


*Monitoring of services and communication of issues to TIS leadership team
oExchange Online
oPower Apps
oEntra ID
oAzure Compute
oTeams
oSharePoint Online
oOneDrive
oOffice Apps
*Provide tier-one troubleshooting of above services, and interact with our MS support provider for higher-level troubleshooting
*Basic management tasks such as user/group and policy management and changes following OIT change management processes
*Identity management monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting
oSynchronization from on-premises Active Directory
oConditional Access
oMFA
*Microsoft Graph API
*Other M365 tasks as identified
*Maintain best practices for systems configurations and IT security and follow least-privilege model
*Work with team to establish systems maintenance and management processes
*Document processes for routine tasks, activities, and processes

This is a Contract position based out of Terre Haute, IN.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
