Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Henry Ford Lakeside Surgery Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dynamic anesthesia care team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide anesthesia care across a wide range of outpatient surgical specialties in a collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive environment in Sterling Heights, Michigan.The CRNA will be responsible for providing anesthesia care in collaboration with surgeons and the anesthesia care team. Key responsibilities include:Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plansAdminister anesthesia (general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care) to patients of all ages and A.S.A. classes, including geriatrics and pediatricsMonitor patients during procedures and manage any anesthesia-related complicationsProvide post-anesthesia care and pain managementMaintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standardsTravel to other ambulatory sites when neededWork harmoniously with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare providersNo lapsed or new graduate candidatesNot open to Locum and/or Locum to Perm candidatesNot open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification(s) and need to obtain them againNot open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s)Not open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules to what is described aboveOpen to H1B and J1 Visa CandidatesCompensation and Benefits:Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).
