Treasury Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Specialist to join a growing finance team. This individual will support day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, banking activities, account reconciliations, cash forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across Accounting, Finance, and banking partners.
Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and assist with managing company liquidity and funding requirements.
  
• Prepare and maintain short-term cash forecasts and analyze cash activity and variances.
  
• Process and monitor wire transfers, ACH transactions, intercompany transfers, and other banking activity.
  
• Perform bank account reconciliations and research discrepancies or unusual transactions.
  
• Assist with bank account administration, including account maintenance, authorized users, and banking documentation.
  
• Support relationships with banking partners and assist with resolving operational or transaction-related issues.
  
• Maintain accurate treasury records, reports, and supporting documentation.
  
• Assist with month-end close activities related to cash, debt, interest, and other treasury accounts.
  
• Support internal controls surrounding cash management, payment processes, and banking activity.
  
• Assist with debt administration, credit facilities, investments, and liquidity reporting as needed.
  
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, AP, AR, and other departments to improve cash visibility and forecasting.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, reporting, controls, and automation.
  
• Assist with special projects and other treasury-related initiatives as needed.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  
• 2+ years of experience in treasury, accounting, finance, cash management, or a related area preferred.
  
• Understanding of cash management, banking operations, reconciliations, and financial controls.
  
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with financial data and reporting.
  
• Experience with ERP systems, treasury management systems, or online banking platforms is a plus.
  
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
