Job Description Join our legal team as a vital operational partner to Staff Counsel Attorneys. In this role, you'll manage legal documents and case information, process and distribute high-volume mail and correspondence, maintain accurate records within case management systems, and serve as a key resource for internal and external inquiries. You'll play an important role in keeping litigation operations organized, efficient, and moving forward in a fast-paced legal environment. This position requires working onsite five days per week in our Nashville, TN office. Key Responsibilities Handle all incoming mail (high volume) - maintaining, sorting and distribution of mail Handle confidential information May handle calls and inquiries in an accurate and timely manner Ability to provide \"knowledge transfer\" to new employees on theteam within this role Makes basic decision within established procedures under supervision May enter and manage data, including pleadings, motions and trials, arbitration and mediation letters May managecalendars and files related to events and details in the case management systems Monitors and maintains compliance with Team Connect (Litigation Management System) Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in a litigation setting or prior insurance defense experience preferred. Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
