Job Title - Occupational Therapist/On-call/UKHC

Department Name - Therapeutic Services

Work Location - Lexington, KY

Salary Range - $45.00 per hour

Type of Position - Staff

Position Time Status - On Call

Required Education - Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy

Required Related Experience - Hospital/acute care, trauma, neuro and ortho experience preferred.

Required License/Registration/Certification - Current Kentucky State Occupational Therapy License

Physical Requirements - Lifting, pushing or pulling objects greater than 50 pounds, standing and walking for long periods of time

Shift - Day-Shift: Primarily weekends, some hours may be available M-F, some holidays

Job Summary - This position will perform Occupational therapy evaluations and render occupational therapy treatments following a physician's order. Will treat patients with a variety of diagnoses. Will perform appropriate documentation in the medical record.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities - Excellent communication and computer skills, necessary. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
