This is an outstanding opportunity for someone passionate about the hospitality industry who thrives in a hands-on, detail-driven environment, and wants to directly impact financial operations as the organization expands.Accounting Manager Benefits & CompensationCompetitive base salaryPerformance bonus opportunityComprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits401(k)Hybrid work schedule (4 days in office / 1 day remote)Accounting Manager Requirements & QualificationsMinimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience in multi-unit, upscale casual, upscale, or fine dining restaurant environmentsFull-service restaurant experience with significant bar/alcohol operations requiredDeep understanding of food, beverage, and wine inventory accounting, COGS, and restaurant-level P&LsHands-on experience owning month-end close, GL, reconciliations, financial statements, AP, and restaurant-level reportingStrong proficiency with Restaurant365 (R365) or similar restaurant accounting softwareBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMust currently reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area (relocation is not available)Polished, professional communicator comfortable working with ownership and operational leadershipAccounting Manager Preferred Background & SkillsExperience managing accounting for wine inventories and large beverage programsProficiency with Toast or similar restaurant POS and purchasing systemsBackground in multi-entity and intercompany accountingAdvanced Excel skillsExperience supporting internal controls, fixed assets, and tax reportingAccounting Manager Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute all aspects of month-end close, general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting across multiple restaurant conceptsManage accounts payable, cash and credit card reconciliations, sales reporting, and daily restaurant-level accountingOversee food, beverage, alcohol, and wine inventory accounting, including physical counts, valuation, reconciliation, and variance analysisMaintain accurate restaurant and consolidated P&Ls, providing actionable financial insights to operations and ownershipSupport key accounting workflows in Restaurant365 (R365), including integrations, process improvements, and reportingCollaborate closely with restaurant leaders and family office on budgeting, controls, and ongoing business needsIf you are an organized, detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for fine dining and restaurant operations, this is a unique opportunity to make your mark and grow with a respected hospitality group.
