- Participate in assessments and care evaluations
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing team members
- Oversee staff education, training, and performance evaluations
- Support survey readiness and regulatory compliance
- Step into leadership as needed in the Director's absence
- Current LPN or RN license (state-required)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (leadership experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Passion for teamwork, quality care, and professional integrity
