As a Drain & Sewer Camera/Jetter Technician, you will play an important role in diagnosing and resolving residential drain and sewer issues. You'll utilize sewer camera and hydro-jetting equipment to inspect lines, identify problems, clear blockages, and provide accurate information to our sales and service teams

• What You'll Do

• Perform residential sewer and drain camera inspections to identify blockages, damage, root intrusion, and other piping issues

• Operate hydro-jetting equipment to clear roots, grease, buildup, and other obstructions from drain and sewer lines

• Utilize locating equipment to identify the location and depth of underground sewer and drain lines

• Accurately diagnose drain and sewer issues and document inspection findings

• Communicate findings clearly to homeowners and internal sales/service team members

• Identify situations where sewer or drain repair, replacement, or additional service may be necessary

• Perform drain cleaning and preventative maintenance as needed

• Safely operate, clean, and maintain camera, jetting, and drain-cleaning equipment

• Provide homeowners with a professional and positive customer experience

• Maintain accurate documentation of completed inspections and services

• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in drain cleaning, sewer service, plumbing, or a related field preferred

• Hands-on experience operating sewer inspection cameras and/or hydro-jetting equipment strongly preferred

• Ability to identify common drain and sewer problems through camera inspections

• Familiarity with drain snakes, sewer locators, and other drain-cleaning equipment is a plus

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Comfortable working independently in residential homes and communicating directly with homeowners

• Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with drain and sewer service work

• Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly communicate inspection findings

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Dependable, safety-minded, and eager to continue developing technical skills
