Responsibilities:

• Should be very comfortable with the functionalities and configurations of ISU Billing and Invoicing modules. Should be well versed with Net metering concepts of utilities
• Should be able to analyze and understand the requirements provided.
• Should be able to identify and point out what can be achieved through standard and what requirements need custom developments.
• Should be able co-ordinate with the developer and point the developer in right direction when it comes to analyzing/fixing/changing of objects/events/exits.
• Should be able to communicate confidently with business and project management teams.
• Should be able to monitor, track and follow-up on open items (developments, fixes, queries)
• Familiarity with various Budget billing methods is very welcome.
