Adecco Staffing is assisting a food manufacturing company in Pittsfield, NH in hiring General Production Associates for 2nd shift . This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for steady, full-time hours and long-term potential with a growing company.

Candidates with manufacturing, warehouse, production, assembly, construction, landscaping, or other hands-on experience are encouraged to apply. No previous food manufacturing experience is required!

Position: General Production Associate
Location: Pittsfield, NH
Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay: $20.50 – $23.50/hour

What You'll Do

• Assist with production and packaging of food products

• Load materials and supplies into production areas

• Package, label, and prepare finished products

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

• Assist with basic machine operation and production line duties

• Follow work instructions, recipes, and production schedules

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety, food quality, and GMP requirements

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, assembly, construction, landscaping, or similar hands-on experience is preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $20.50 to $23.50 per hour
