$75,000 - $85,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of commercial properties, ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions.
• Negotiate lease agreements and renewals, ensuring terms align with company goals and tenant satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the leasing team to attract and retain high-quality tenants, enhancing property value and occupancy rates.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active Arizona Real Estate License.
• Experience managing commercial boards and associations (HOA/COA or commercial portfolio management).
• Familiarity with condo declarations, CC&Rs, bylaws, and Arizona association law.
• Experience running board meetings (Roberts Rules of Order).
