Description: Mcfa's SkillBridge program DoD to AEC is searching for DoD SkillBridge-authorized transitioning military service-members that align with our Core Values and exhibit the hunger, passion and drive for integrating leadership with project planning and execution.

We are a group of professionals who seek to empower authenticity and leverage the strengths of our team members in order to build the most complementary project teams in our industry. If you have experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry – amazing. If you have no experience in the AEC industry, then you are equally as qualified to join our program as a SkillBridge fellow. We can train all the technical skills required to be successful in this industry, but we hire for nontechnical skills, character, leadership attributes and future potential.

• Credentialing/Certifications:
• PMP Project Management Professional (Prep Course and Exam facilitation)
• ENV SP Envision Sustainability Professional (Certification)
• OSHA-30 Occupational Safety and Health Administration 30-Hour Course (Certification)
• Technical Training:
• Primavera P6 Construction Scheduling Familiarization Training
• Plan Reading Course Familiarization on vertical and horizontal construction drawings
• Project Exposure:
• Integration into a team comprised of technical and nontechnical industry project professionals
• Industry exposure; project and program experience
• A chance to be challenged, motivated, brought into a community, and practice new communication skills in a new organizational environment.

Work Location: Remote and in-person applications will be considered. Haddonfield, NJ is the location of our Company HQ. Much of our direct hire opportunities will be located in the Mid-Atlantic states (NY, NJ, PA, MD); positions in new geographic regions will require business development lead generation by the fellows with implementation and marketing/sales support from mcfa.
