We're growing quickly and looking for someone who wants to be part of building something long-term - not just looking for a job, but a role they can grow into.

The Role

This is not your typical cashier position. As a Front of House Associate, you'll be the face of Co-Dough-interacting with customers,keeping things moving efficiently, and helping create a welcoming, high-energy environment. It's fast-paced, detail-oriented, and requires someone who can think on their feet while maintaining a positive attitude. If you enjoy being busy, solving problems in real time, and taking pride in delivering a great customer experience, you'll do well here.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Take and process orders accurately using our POS system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked front-of-house area
• Communicate clearly with other team members to ensure smooth service
• Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
• Help manage flow during busy periods and keep lines moving
• Answer customer questions about products, ingredients, and availability
• Support overall shop operations as needed

What We're Looking For

• Attention to detail and accuracy with orders and transactions
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment
• Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation & Growth

• Starting at $16 / hour
