We are currently working with an Atlanta-based hypergrowth SaaS + real estate company that is scaling at an absolutely insane pace. This is one of those rare "get in early and watch the company explode" opportunities. The company is very well-funded, founder-led, and built something truly unique. The software originally started as an internal platform designed to automate and scale their own rapidly growing real estate portfolio. It worked so well internally that it evolved into a SaaS company and now inbound demand is exploding because the technology is solving REAL operational pain points in ways competitors simply aren't.
Right now they're experiencing:
- ~65% month-over-month SaaS growth
- Adding roughly one new property/facility every week
- Massive projected scale over the next 12 months
- Calendars packed with inbound demand
- Customers actively referring other customers because the product is working THAT well
- Operating with an incredibly lean team thanks to the automation layer they've built
