Are you a skilled leader with a passion for keeping facilities safe, efficient, and well-maintained? We are seeking a  Maintenance Director to oversee our nursing home's maintenance operations and ensure a comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Maintenance Director  What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all maintenance, repair, and safety operations
• Manage and train the maintenance team
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and inspections
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems

• Experience in maintenance leadership, preferably in healthcare or long-term care
• Strong knowledge of building systems, compliance regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
