Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from a program approved by the APTA.
Active West Virginia state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
Experience treating adult and geriatric populations preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
Competence with common SNF documentation systems and Medicare/Medicaid documentation expectations preferred.
Experience with restorative programs and fall-risk management preferred.

Assignment Details
Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
Work pattern: 5x8.
VMS Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week.
Assignment may require flexibility to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
