  Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field1-3 years of accounting experience (bonus points for hospitality/event experience!)Confident with Excel + financial systems (ERP experience is a plus)A solid understanding of GAAP and strong attention to detailCPA or working toward it is great—but not required

What You’ll Do Prep and analyze monthly financial reports so the team knows what’s really going onSupport budgeting + forecasting that guide big decisionsHelp ensure our financial processes stay accurate and compliantOversee AP, AR, and general ledger activityJump in on audits + help improve how we workLead and mentor the accounting team (yes—leadership experience you can grow into!)
