Strategic Director, Preservation Equity Investments

National Equity Fund, Inc. is seeking a Director of Preservation Equity Investments in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in real estate private equity and advanced financial modeling skills. Responsibilities include leading financial underwriting, building institutional-quality models, and collaborating on transactions throughout their lifecycle.
