You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, contributing to their satisfaction and safety. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair vehicle issues efficiently and accurately. Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections. Utilise diagnostic equipment to identify faults and carry out repairs. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols. Provide exemplary customer service, explaining repairs and maintenance to clients clearly. Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques. Requirements Proven experience as an automotive technician or in a similar role. Relevant certifications and qualifications in automotive technology. Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Nice to haveExperience with hybrid and electric vehicles.
