Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Electrophysiology Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee electrophysiology procedures including arrhythmia induction and cardiac ablation.
• Manage and maintain electrophysiology lab equipment and inventory efficiently.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care in a teaching hospital environment.
• Record and interpret patient data using EPIC charting systems.
• Ensure patient safety and care compliance with hospital protocols and regulations.
• Participate in on-the-job training and development to enhance skillset and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Radiology Tech certification with ARRT and OBMI Licenses.
• At least 1 year of experience in electrophysiology lab settings.
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system is required.
• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS.
• Experience with specific procedures such as pacemaker insertions and vascular closures.
• Effective communication skills with a commitment to patient care excellence.
