Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Flex Position Company: Integrity Care Solutions
Location: Twin Cities Metro Area, MN
Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week guaranteed
Services The Flex DSP may support clients receiving:
- Homemaking
- IHS with Training
- IHS without Training
- ICLS
- Assisting with homemaking and household tasks
- Supporting grocery shopping, meal planning, and organization
- Teaching and supporting independent living skills
- Helping clients establish and maintain daily routines
- Providing reminders, guidance, and encouragement
- Supporting community activities and outings
- Assisting clients with planning and completing important daily tasks
- Following individualized support plans and client preferences
- Completing accurate service notes and required documentation
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between client locations are required.
Previous experience as a DSP, PCA, caregiver, IHS staff, ICLS staff, or in a similar direct-care position is preferred but not required. Training will be provided. Applicants must also be able to successfully complete required background studies and employment training. What We Offer
