UGM is seeking an ambitious and energetic Outside Sales Representative for its Stone & Granite division in St. Louis, MO. This role focuses on driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals with customers and builder clients. The ideal candidate will develop expertise in lead generation and client acquisition while delivering exceptional service in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Stone & Granite Industry required
- Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Ability to travel as needed
