Most insurance CSR roles in North Texas pay $35K–$45K. We pay $65,000 plus performance bonuses — because a great bilingual CSR is the backbone of a great agency, and we compensate accordingly.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for our clients — by phone, email, and in person
• Assist Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients with policy questions, changes, and billing
• Process policy endorsements, payments, and certificate requests
• Help clients navigate the claims process with empathy and follow-through
• Support our sales producers by preparing quotes and handling service-to-sales handoffs
• Keep client records accurate and up to date in agency systems
• Build lasting relationships that keep our retention rates among the best in the business

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required
• Customer service experience — insurance agency experience strongly preferred
• Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license a big plus — or willingness to obtain (we'll support you)
• Experience with Allstate, State Farm, or Farmers systems is a bonus
• Warm, professional phone presence and strong attention to detail
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple client needs at once
• This is a 100% in-office role at our Van Alstyne location — no remote work
