Position Overview

• CRNA coverage across a broad case mix
• Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required
• Case logs required (site notes proof of epidurals and spinals)

Clinical Scope

• Endoscopy
• OB and GYN
• Pediatrics
• Urology
• ENT
• General surgery
• Oral surgery
• Orthopedics
• Vascular
• Trauma
• Ophthalmology

Required Qualifications

• Active Michigan license
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS as required by the site
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.

Additional Notes

• Vaccination required; religious and medical exemptions accepted (as noted)

Credentialing

• Credentialing timeframe noted as 60 to 90 days
