This role leads cross‑functional engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover activities; manages client, partners, and supply chain stakeholders; and ensures compliance with contract, regulatory, and corporate requirements. The Director establishes project strategy, governance, and execution plans, develops high‑performing teams, and drives predictable outcomes across cost, schedule, quality, safety, and performance guarantees.Basic Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience.15+ years delivering large power/industrial projects.Proven success executing EPC contracts.Knowledge of power plant systems.Mastery of contract/commercial management.Strong command of project controls and scheduling.Executive‑level communication.Other Job RequirementsPreferred QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPE or chartered status.Experience with CCGT plants including F Class and Advanced Class Combustion Turbines.Commissioning/performance test leadership.Experience in regulated environments.Labor strategy and mega‑project logistics experience.We are an equal opportunity employer.
