Per-Diem Physical Therapist

A per-diem Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), position is available in Middletown, RI. The successful candidate will provide consistent therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility and Assisted Living Facility located in Middletown. This position provides approximately 12-15 hours per week.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility and Assisted Living Facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours.

Good Faith Rate Range: $50/hr - $60/hr
