This role includes civil/site design and permitting for land development and linear design projects, along with leadership opportunities based on your strengths—from mentoring to business development to public engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project teams across planning, design, permitting, and constructionDefine scope, estimate fees, and prepare proposals/contractsManage compliance with contract terms, schedules, budgets, and qualitySupport mentorship, client engagement, or public presentations as desiredRepresent BSC at events, interviews, or conferences (based on interest)What You BringRequired:PE license in ConnecticutExperience with civil/site design and permittingStrong project and team management skillsPreferred:Familiarity with public presentationsMentoring junior staffExisting client network in New EnglandWork StyleBSC supports remote, hybrid, and flexible work arrangements. While some travel within CT or MA may be needed, team members also have access to any BSC office.
