Accounting Position

Management office located in Audubon, Iowa Full-Time (Monday-Friday)

Position Summary: Perform daily and month end procedures necessary to provide financial information to management and clients. Able to analyze accounting data, prepare and present reports while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Work with multiple entities
• Implement accounting processes
• Insurance reporting
• General ledger posting and maintenance
• Bank reconciliation
• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Fund transfers
• Budgeting
• Monthly financial review and reporting analysis
• Researching and analyzing data
• Maintains internal controls and complies with legal requirements
• Maintains customer confidence
• Payroll Processing as needed
