Trade and Customs Analyst II, Supply Chain, NA

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH This role is part of the North America Trade and Customs team, collaborating with global teammates, geo-specific leaders, and analysts at all levels. Qualifications and skills: 2+ years of experience in data and analytics roles, with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or equivalent education/training. Proficient in querying and analyzing data using SQL and Python in enterprise environments such as Databricks, Snowflake, Teradata, or SQL Server. Skilled in developing interactive Tableau dashboards and applying best practices in data visualization to clearly communicate insights. Familiar with customs and/or supply‑chain data, able to lead cross‑functional projects, and comfortable with extended desk work, presentations, and meetings. Strong business acumen, deep understanding of Nike’s strategic goals, and ability to identify opportunities for process improvement. Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex topics into clear, concise language for both technical and non‑technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to guide and mentor analysts across teams, driving learning and problem‑solving. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON You will collaborate with business partners and functions across the enterprise to interpret data and inform critical decisions and strategy. Key responsibilities include: Support import/export operations and compliance teams by providing day‑to‑day assistance and ensuring smooth execution of processes. Coordinate, review, and update internal procedures, and contribute to the development of training modules to support ongoing compliance and operational excellence. Assist in identifying, qualifying, implementing, and operating strategic cost‑saving initiatives such as foreign trade zones, duty drawback, free trade agreements, and duty suspension programs. Translate business questions into actionable analytics plans using SQL, Python, and data modeling; communicate insights through dashboards, infographics, and visual storytelling.
