We're Hiring!
Berenice Mendez is seeking a qualified and empathetic professional for the life insurance position. As a customer-oriented expert, you will market Life/Health insurance services and products to benefit customers and their families. Your sales experience equips you to continually grow your income as you provide the necessary support and reassurance. You will also be responsible for general administrative tasks, including acting as a receptionist by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing front desk activities. Your attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and genuine desire to help people make you an ideal fit for this role. In this position, you will enhance your career by resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community you serve. As a strategic and emotionally intelligent resource to the community, we are excited to expand our successful agency with your skillset.
Consult on life insurance products to customers.
Assist customers with life insurance applications and claims.
Provide customers with information on life insurance plans and options.
Maintain compliance with life insurance regulations.
Knowledge of life insurance products and services.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Previous experience in life insurance sales preferred.
Compensation: $34,999.00 - $74,999.00 per year

- Our office is located in Old Town Lewisville.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2018.
- I am a proud graduate of University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP).
- We have over 35 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, and Legion of Honor
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish
