If planning the next trailer move before the last pallet hits the dock sounds like you, read on. We’re hiring an on‑site contract operator in Madison, PA (Waltz Mill) who will report to the Material Handling Supervisor and keep materials flowing with precision.

What to expect

You’ll split your time between the controls of a powered industrial lift truck and the cab of a Terminal Tractor (Yard Jockey). Your decisions will position semi‑trailers, stage equipment, and ensure internal customers get what they need—backed by accurate SAP transactions every step of the way.

Your responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to transport equipment and shipping containers across the Service Center and the broader Waltz Mill site.
• Use the Terminal Tractor to move semi‑trailers within the Service Center Area and around the site.
• Load and unload trucks moving containers and equipment to/from Waltz Mill.
• Prepare outbound containers: inspect, mark, label, and weigh for shipment.
• Track container and equipment locations site‑wide as you move them.
• Maintain records of container certifications and inspection results.
• Inspect handling equipment before use and daily to verify readiness.
• Record movement transactions in SAP and deliver product to internal customers via forklift or Yard Jockey.

Are you a match?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years operating powered industrial lift trucks with no accidents.
• Class A driving experience and a clean driving record.
• Exceptional skill backing and operating heavy machinery and trailers.
• Yard maintenance/yard operations or extensive forklift background.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks, SAP movements, and scanning tools.
