Operate knock out machine. Knock out manually into brine tanks.
How You Will Make Contributions That Matter
- Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product.
- Complete appropriate data entry/PLC machine set up.
- Maintain 701 or 704.
- Washer chemical concentration.
- Conduct aseptic cheese sampling.
- Operate natamycin bath and maintain concentration.
- Operate punch machine and metal detector.
- Must be able to appropriately handle and use cleaning chemicals.
- Monitor and complete punch machine needle checks.
- Stack aging baskets.
- Requires regular attendance.
You Are Best Suited For The Role If You.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and understand instructions.
- Proficient in use of the computer.
- Must have a solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills.
- Follow good sanitation and housekeeping practices.
- Compliance with food safety policies.
- Follow GMPs and SOPs.
