Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6 month contract, potential to extend or convert
Job Description:
This team is within the Contact Center Technology group and they are currently updating a current application to meet their needs. They will be taking data out of their call recording platform using Python scripts as well as closely related to ACS database. They are combing working with both of these to look for matches and stripping out any calls that don’t match up for their compliance reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Creating flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and documenting controls.
- Meeting with stakeholders to gather requirements.
