Commercial Maintenance Technician (HVAC) We’re looking for a Hybrid - Commercial Maintenance Technician for our client. If you have 2 -5 years of experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, then this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a company known for excellence. What You'll Do Deliver maintenance services to multiple customer sites efficiently and on time Travel to different locations to maintain commercial properties Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance Troubleshoot and repair building systems, equipment, and grounds Handle hands‑on tasks across trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, etc.) Complete work orders, inspections, and service reports using mobile tools Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams Ensure all work follows safety standards, regulations, and company procedures Source required materials and complete tasks independently Build strong customer relationships through quality service and professionalism Provide estimates for additional or larger repair work Attend safety trainings and comply with company policies Travel locally between job sites as required What You Bring 2–5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience (or equivalent training) Ability to troubleshoot and repair building systems effectively Familiarity with commercial property maintenance (preferred) Basic technical skills (mobile devices, MS Office, reporting tools) Strong communication and customer service abilities Understanding safety standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA) Relevant certifications/licenses and a valid driver’s license Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Problem‑solving mindset with attention to quality and detail Top performers are fast learners, strong team players, and committed to accuracy and inclusiveness.
