Responsibilities Managing heavy civil projects from preconstruction through closeout. Preparing accurate quantity takeoffs, bid packages, and cost estimates. Coordinating with field superintendents, subcontractors, and owners. Tracking project budgets, schedules, and change orders. Building and maintaining strong client and agency relationships. Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction (highway, road, bridge, utility, or earthwork preferred). Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.
