Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Member Services Coordinator to serve as a key resource for members of a professional membership organization. This role combines member relations, customer service, and administrative support in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable first point of contact for members and visitors
- Build positive relationships with members and provide responsive, professional customer service
- Answer incoming calls, respond to questions, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff
- Assist members with account questions, payments, records, and general membership needs
- Process payments, maintain accurate records, and complete data entry
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, room rentals, orientations, and member events
- Prepare materials and assist with member meetings, orientations, and educational programs
- Coordinate office supplies, mail, deliveries, printing, and reception area needs
- Communicate with building management, maintenance providers, and vendors
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming member-facing environment
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service, member services, reception, or administrative experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional, friendly, and service-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience with a professional association, membership organization, or real estate industry is a plus
