Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Labor and Delivery for a travel assignment in Kearney, NE. This role offers a chance to work in an acute care setting, handling labor and delivery responsibilities in a unit equipped with ten spacious, private LDRP rooms.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in labor and delivery
• Manage couplet care with a 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Handle laboring with a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Ensure newborns remain with their mothers, encouraging skin-to-skin care
• Circulate during C-section procedures
• Support the department's teamwork ethos
• Adhere to all safety and care protocols

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Current RN license
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications
• C-section experience required, circulate experience required
• IV skills necessary
• Willing to float to NICU for feeders and growers
