To drive AI adoption in mid-market companies, the full-time remote AI Trainer will engage with executive audiences, facilitate transformative training sessions, and ensure measurable changes in daily work practices across client organizations. Key responsibilities Design and deliver training sessions that lead to immediate changes in how clients utilize AI tools Stay current on AI platform capabilities and best practices to provide up-to-date training relevant to client needs Gather feedback from client sessions to refine and enhance training methodologies for future engagements Required qualifications Proven experience delivering high-stakes training to senior leadership and executive audiences Strong familiarity with AI tools and their application in a professional setting Ability to quickly understand new client contexts and tailor training accordingly Demonstrated expertise in engaging skeptical audiences and facilitating transformative discussions Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
