Provider Support Specialist (Entry-Level)

We're looking for a customer-focused Provider Support Specialist to join a growing team during an exciting launch of a new provider-facing tool. In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for providers, helping ensure a smooth experience while delivering high-quality support across a variety of service channels.

What You'll Do

+ Serve as a primary support contact for providers, assisting with questions related to benefits, eligibility, claims, coverage, and new tool adoption

+ Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and other written channels with professionalism and accuracy

+ Resolve issues in real time whenever possible while appropriately escalating more complex concerns

+ Create positive experiences by actively listening, showing empathy, and ensuring every interaction feels supportive and informative

+ Accurately document interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes to support quality and reporting standards

+ Manage multiple systems and tasks efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail

+ Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and process improvement initiatives

+ Meet and exceed individual performance metrics around productivity, quality, and service levels

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED required

+ Previous customer service or call center experience preferred

+ Experience in healthcare, insurance, or claims support is a plus-but not required

+ Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Spokane, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
